Terms of service
Draft for review by the business owner and legal counsel before publication.
El Amigo provides software. Rides are provided by independent transportation companies, which are responsible for their permits, insurance, drivers, fares and service.
Prices shown before you confirm come from the company's published fare policy. A fixed price does not change after you confirm unless you change the ride; an estimated price can differ, and the receipt shows each component.
Cancellation and no-show fees apply only if the company publishes them, and the company reviews disputes.
Pickup times are estimates that depend on driver availability, traffic and weather.
