Let El Amigo handle dispatch.

Your rider texts your company number. El Amigo gathers the details, gives the price, confirms the request and offers the ride to an available driver. Routine dispatch moves forward without someone answering every message or posting addresses to a group.

Your company. Your number. Automated dispatch.

You do not need to hire someone to dispatch every ride.

El Amigo does the routine work. You decide whether to watch the panel yourself or have someone monitor it. Customers who prefer texting can keep texting; drivers use their app to receive and carry out the rides.

01

The rider texts. El Amigo answers.

The familiar friction

Today, someone answers the phone, takes the addresses and posts them to a driver group.

With El Amigo

The rider contacts the company number directly. The agent asks for the pickup, destination and needed details, presents the fare and asks the rider to confirm. The confirmed request enters dispatch automatically.

The conversation becomes a booking.

02

A driver finishes a trip across town.

The familiar friction

A last-known address in a chat does not tell you whether that driver is still there or wants another ride.

With El Amigo

Drivers choose when to go online, pause or finish their shift. A fresh shared location helps dispatch offer nearby work. The driver sees the fare, stops and payment method before deciding.

Availability becomes something you can see.

03

The rider asks, “Where is my car?”

The familiar friction

Another call takes your dispatcher away from the next booking. The rider is waiting without a clear update.

With El Amigo

After a driver accepts, the rider can see the assigned driver and vehicle and follow progress through a tracking link or the rider experience. Location freshness is shown, so an old position is not presented as live.

Reassurance comes from a real update.

04

You get to choose how involved to be.

The familiar friction

Manual dispatch depends on someone staying with the phone and the driver group.

With El Amigo

El Amigo runs routine booking and dispatch. Open the owner panel when you want visibility into rides, drivers and exceptions. If you prefer closer supervision, appoint someone to monitor the panel. That person oversees the flow; they do not have to manually dispatch each ride.

Human monitoring is your choice.

05

The driver finishes. El Amigo keeps the record.

The familiar friction

In a group chat, it can be hard to tell which driver accepted, whether the rider was picked up or how the ride ended.

With El Amigo

The driver updates pickup, arrival, start and completion in the app. The owner can review the ride history in the panel, with a clear record of who took the ride and how it progressed.

One ride history, without chasing the group.

Your business takes the ride. You get room for your day.

The rider sends the request. El Amigo handles routine dispatch. The available driver accepts and carries out the ride. You can stay informed through the panel, without making a hired dispatcher the center of every booking.

What to know before you switch.

Software cannot create driver availability, guarantee a pickup time or replace a safe operating plan. Location depends on permission and connectivity. The driver web app must remain open for reliable location updates; iPhone push requires a supported Home Screen installation and user permission. Company setup, provider connections, training and real-device checks come before launch.
